Josephine Ndambuki is a seasoned technology, smart cities, and digital economy leader with over 18 years of experience across public, private, and development sectors. She currently serves as Chief Manager for Business Development and Innovation at Konza Technopolis Development Authority, where she leads strategic marketing efforts, investor attraction, commercialization, and Knowledge Economy Advancement initiatives for Kenya’s flagship smart city project.
Josephine has played a key role in shaping Kenya’s ICT and digital economy landscape, contributing to national policies and strategies including the, the Digital Economy Strategy, ICT Masterplan 2020–2030, Innovation policies and startup legislation.
A recognized governance and sustainability champion, she has led ISO certification, sustainability reporting, and orchestrated global partnerships that advance ICT for Development, including Kenya’s hosting of the IASP World Conference 2024. Josephine has served on several boards and is widely recognized for advancing technology-driven, inclusive economic growth.
