The Day Pass gives you the opportunity to attend the IASP World Conference on Day 1, 13th September, with access to the morning and afternoon sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and the conference Informal Dinner.

Available for one =<30-year-old delegate in combination with at least one Full Registration from the same organisation. A copy of your ID will be requested upon registration. A special Student fee will grant access to sessions, exhibition area and networking opportunities, coffee-breaks and lunches but not the evening events. Proof of student status will be requested when registering.

Accompanying persons (spouses or other guests) fee will grant access to the conference’s official social functions: Welcome Cocktail, Informal Dinner and Main Dinner. This fee does not grant access to the programme sessions.

OPTIONAL EVENTS
- Pre Conference seminars
In addition to the conference programme, there are two pre conference seminars taking place on 12th September. These events have an additional fee, and you can book your place when registering for the main conference.
Register now - Technical tours
You can sign up for the technical tour when you register. There is no additional charge for the technical tour, but booking is essential. Places are limited and assigned on a first come first served basis, and the tour requires a minimum number of participants in order to go ahead. Details will be confirmed well in advance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Registration fees exclude local VAT (21%).
- Online registrations will close on 23rd September. After this date only registrations at the venue will be accepted, at extra charge.
- Early Bird discounts are available until 30th June 2023.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX cards are accepted, and are the best and most secure way to make your payment. Please note that your credit card will be charged at the moment of transaction.

When processing your bank transfer, make sure you include the following information:
IASP 2023 + Name and surname of participant
Please note that without this information it will not be possible to identify your payment.
Payments by bank transfer can be made until August 31st, 2023. All bank charges shall be paid by the participant. Registrations will be processed only if accompanied by full payment. All payments should be made in EURO.
Your registration will be confirmed after receipt of the correct fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected onsite and charged at the onsite rate. A copy of the bank transfer confirmation (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees are not credited to the Conference account on time.
Cancellations and refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat: iasp2023luxembourg@aimgroup.eu
Cancellation refunds will apply as follows:
- Cancellations before 1st June: Full refund, minus €25,00 handling fee
- Cancellations from 2nd June to 1st September: 50% refund, minus €25,00 handling fee
- Cancellations from 2nd September: No refund
All approved refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after IASP 2023.
