Justine Lipuma is a French entrepreneur and microbiologist specializing in plant–microorganism interactions. She holds a PhD in Microbiology from Université Côte d’Azur and co-founded MYCOPHYTO in 2017, a DeepTech company that develops innovative biological solutions based on mycorrhizal fungi to improve soil health, increase crop resilience, and reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers.
As CEO and co-founder of MYCOPHYTO, she has transformed scientific research into practical agricultural solutions and now leads a multidisciplinary team working on sustainable farming technologies. She is also Vice-President of La Ferme Digitale, a leading French agritech association promoting innovation in agriculture.
