Carlos Franco is the Deputy Director of Excellence and Sustainability at Ruta N. In this role, he leads initiatives to strengthen institutional capabilities and support the positioning of Ruta N as a global innovation reference, focusing on innovation diplomacy around Ruta N’s and Medellín’s knowledge and technology transfer.
He is a Mechanical Engineer with postgraduate studies in Technological Innovation Management and International Affairs, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Medellín’s innovation ecosystem.
