Ana Berger is an innovation manager and design-driven innovation leader with over ten years of experience at the intersection of academia, corporations, startups, and the public sector. She coordinates the Innovation and Business area at Tecnopuc, the science and technology park of PUCRS in southern Brazil, leading a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 professionals who deliver innovation, incubation, and corporate open-innovation programs.
Her work bridges design-driven co-creation, deep-tech incubation, and ecosystem orchestration across academia, industry, and government – annually connecting more than 200 startup solutions to corporate and academic partners. She has led international multi-center research across five countries and co-developed a framework for creativity in science parks, integrating people, processes, and environment. A speaker and mentor at several design and innovation events, she focuses on turning fragmented capabilities into coordinated, people-centered innovation.
