Marzia Mazzonetto is founder and CEO of Stickydot, a Brussels-based company that designs participatory and co-creation processes for research and innovation. Stickydot works with companies, universities, science parks, business incubators and public bodies to help them understand the societal context of new technologies and involve citizens and users in shaping them. She coordinates CO-VALUE, a Horizon Europe project that tests how citizen engagement can support the uptake of research and innovation. In partnership with the Alicante Science Park in Spain and with ART-ER and Fondazione Giannino Bassetti in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, the project has run co-creation workshops in which citizens worked directly with innovators on their products and business cases.
