Maíra Nobre de Castro is the Director of Networks and Members at the Brazilian National Association of Entities Promoting Innovative Enterprises (Anprotec) and Coordinator of the Business Incubator at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), Brazil.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy at the State University of Ceará (UECE), Brazil, and holds a master’s degree in Public Policy Evaluation from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Brazil. She serves as Coordinator of the Young Digital Entrepreneurs Project, an initiative of the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), and works as a Business Analyst at NEPEN – the North and Northeast Center for Studies and Research.

She is a member of the Steering Committee of Brazil’s National Impact Economy Strategy at the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC) and has international training in Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
