Emma Carlo is a public policy specialist with over 13 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of science, technology, and innovation initiatives. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and pursued graduate studies in Political Science at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
Her work has focused on policy design, STEAM education, and collaboration across government, academia, industry, and international organizations. She currently serves as Director of Planning and Knowledge Management at the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer of Nuevo León (I2T2), where she leads initiatives in human capital development, public engagement with science, and innovation ecosystem development.
