Martin Yuill is an economic development and cluster-building executive, thought leader, and developer of innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization programming and infrastructure.
Specializing in science, research, technology, & innovation park development, operations, programming, and management, for the last five years Martin has been instrumental in the development of Cleantech Commons: an 85-acre Canadian research and innovation park and internationally-recognized “area of innovation” which is being developed both as a hub that and plays host to a cluster of growth companies and start-up & spinout ventures and brings together cleantech companies with university faculty, researchers, students, and investors to develop and commercialize cutting-edge clean, green, sustainable, and low-carbon technologies that address global energy, environment, and climate challenges.
Previously, he was part of the executive team that designed and launched The Innovation Hub, the first internationally accredited Science Park on the African continent.
Martin holds an MBA degree from the University of South Africa.
