Mondal, Charles

Charles Mondal is a passionate PhD student specialising in Science Technology Park (STP) research, with a keen interest in the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With a Master’s in Computing and over ten years of experience in IT, Charles became captivated by the concept of STPs and their role in fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and government. His research focuses on identifying and analysing the critical success criteria for STPs, including factors like infrastructure, governance, networking, policy frameworks, and knowledge transfer mechanisms. Through his work, Charles aims to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimising STPs, informing policy decisions, and contributing to regional economic growth and prosperity.
