Rebecca Keli is a dynamic and seasoned Information, Communication and Technology professional with over fifteen years of extensive experience and holds a Masters in Information Technology from Strathmore University and Strategic leadership certificate from the Kenya School of Government. She currently heads the Directorate of Partnerships and Liaison services at the State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy. Her expertise spans across various domains including ICT policy and strategy formulation, ICT security and audit with a strong background in software development, capacity building, content development and Digital negotiations. Rebecca’s multifaceted experience, coupled with her dedication to excellence, has enabled her navigate complex ICT landscapes making meaningful contributions within the public sector and beyond.
