Flavia is the Executive Manager at TECNOPUC Science and Technology Park, part of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She leads operations and entrepreneurship initiatives, focusing on orchestrating collaborations between academia and the park’s activities.

Flavia holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Université de Poitiers (France) and Unisinos (Brazil) and a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Santa Maria (Brazil). She has also completed the Incubator Management Training program by Anprotec (Brazil) and the Science and Technology Park Training Program by INNOPOLIS Foundation in South Korea.

Her research interests include networked organizations, complex environments, and responsive cities. With 15 years of experience in business and innovation project management, she specializes in supporting technology-based companies and fostering innovation ecosystems.
