Laurent Delannoy, a computer science engineer and graduate of SKEMA Business School, worked for several years within international groups as a strategic project manager.
Building on this experience, Laurent decided to create an innovative business model combining the inclusion of people with disabilities with technological excellence.
The social technology company Avencod is the incarnation of this project, which incorporates neurodiversity whilst addressing the obligations and values of economic stakeholders.
Over the past ten years, the ‘Code’s Avenger’s’ have demonstrated their expertise – not only through the quality of their deliverables but also through the relevance of their skills – in crucial and sensitive projects led by international leaders, as well as in their own R&D projects.
