Raj leads the Science & Technology Studio of Perkins&Will, London. Delivering critical science and investor lead R&D projects in the UK and overseas including planning & delivery of 5,000,000m/ft2 of specialist scientific/technology/research & healthcare facilities, ranging in size, type and complexity up to £500m+ (Reuse & New).

Through 25+ years’ experience in managing the design team and process, driving technical solutions and high quality innovative design for .Gov, HE & Private R&D. Raj acutely understands the demands of developing complex processes and equipment lead design briefs with multi-headed stakeholders and user groups and how to translate these into informing the development of science strategies for Spec R&D projects to Science & Technology district masterplans.
