Cañadas, Alicia

In her 25 years of experience, Alicia has worked in different sectors: cosmetics, research, services, teaching, technology… which has allowed her to develop her ability to adapt and acquire knowledge in very different fields. Developing her skills with a focus on research at the beginning and team management in its last 20 years. She has worked in multinational companies that have given her a broad strategic and global business vision, and that have allowed her to promote herself internally thanks to her effort and ability to excel, reaching positions of responsibility with more than 70 people on her team. In her current stage at PITA she has been able to combine these two concerns by developing and leading the innovation department, where her research profile and teamwork are her day to day. Her professional objective is to create value, understand the needs of the company and promote projects that cover them.
