Silvio Bitencourt da Silva is an executive, consultant, professor, and board member focused on innovation ecosystem governance, territorial development, and quadruple helix collaboration among universities, industry, government, and society. He is Director of TECNOSINOS – São Leopoldo Technology Park, leading its strategic positioning and ecosystem governance. At UNISINOS, he coordinates the Technology Transfer Office (TTO/NIT) and works with intellectual property, university-industry agreements, and innovation funding strategies. He is also a Professor in the Professional Master’s Program in Business and Corporate Law. He holds the CMC (Certified Management Consultant), is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer (CCInO) by GIMI, and an Academic Fellow of CMC-Global (ICMCI).
