Wei Shang (Sophia) is a cross-border innovation and international collaboration leader with extensive experience working across government institutions, multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and industry associations. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and has led and delivered multiple large-scale international cooperation initiatives, with a strong focus on ecosystem building, strategic partnership development, and innovation-driven economic collaboration.

She currently serves as CEO of TUSNEX, where she leads the organization’s global strategy to build a cross-border innovation platform connecting governments, universities, technology parks, and innovation-driven enterprises worldwide.

Under her leadership, TUSNEX is advancing a new model of international innovation collaboration—integrating global innovation ecosystems, enabling deep-tech commercialization, and accelerating the cross-border flow of technology, capital, and entrepreneurial talent.

Her work focuses on shaping scalable and sustainable global innovation networks that bridge regional ecosystems and support the transformation of deep technologies into real-world economic and social impact.
