Dr. Burak Keskik is the Deputy General Manager responsible for Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Technopark Istanbul. He leads strategic functions including incubation, technology transfer, fund management, project management, and quality and sustainability.
With experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, technology transfer and startup ecosystem development, Dr. Keskik has contributed to the growth of Türkiye’s innovation ecosystem through leadership roles at Technopark Istanbul and Yıldız Technopark.
He has played an active role in deep-tech incubation, R&D commercialization, international partnerships and investment programs for technology startups. He also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of technology and service-based ventures.
Dr. Keskik holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Yıldız Technical University. His doctoral research focuses on resource orchestration in entrepreneurial marketing, with an emphasis on knowledge, skills and networks. He also holds an MBA in International Business from the University of East London and a BSc in Economics from Istanbul University.
