Ayşe Nur TUNÇEL is a Senior International Programs Expert specializing in international business development, innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship support programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from Bilkent University and completed a minor in Globalization and Development at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She also completed MBA coursework at Atilim University.
At Bilkent CYBERPARK, she leads the planning, implementation and reporting of international projects supported by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade. She provides business development consultancy to technology companies, facilitates international B2B matchmaking, develops strategic collaborations with global innovation stakeholders and scouts emerging technologies and innovative companies to strengthen the ICT ecosystem.
Her work focuses on supporting the internationalization of technology companies through accelerator programs, international partnerships, trade delegations and innovation-driven collaboration. She has represented Bilkent CYBERPARK at numerous international conferences and events, contributing to discussions on entrepreneurship, technology commercialization and global innovation ecosystems.
