Chammas, Rawad

As technology transfer manager at WISTA, Rawad primarily interacts with the dynamic technology transfer ecosystem at Adlerhsof Science and Technology Park. He develops approaches to foster interdisciplinary collaboration in science-based innovations by emphasising the individuality of researchers and innovators and the potential of their interaction. He also manages the Campus Club Adlershof. His studies focused on the early stages of design processes and the role of the engineers’ perspective in idea generation. Rawad combines an engineering background and experiences in innovation support with a practice-oriented scientific approach to foster informal knowledge transfer in STP Adlershof.U Berlin.
