Dr Justyna Adamska is Deputy Director of Poznań Science and Technology Park and an expert with over 20 years of experience bridging academia and business in the field of innovation. She specialises in project management, sustainable development, and modern communication strategies.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led national and international projects advancing entrepreneurship and the development of innovation centres. A certified Innovation Coach and trainer in communication tools and innovation management.
She holds a PhD in Economics from the Poznań University of Economics and is the author and co-author of numerous publications on innovation and business support ecosystems.
