Zheng Yi commenced work in September 1992. He holds a postgraduate degree and the professional title of Senior Economist (Professor level) and possesses nearly three decades of experience in investment promotion and operational management.
He joined Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park in June 2017, and is primarily responsible for industrial resource coordination and operational services within the park. 

Key Achievements 

1.Industrial Ecosystem Development
Spearheaded the introduction of over 5,000 innovative entities across four core sectors:Smart technology、Health and life sciences、New energy and new materials、Technology services. 

2.Enterprise Empowerment
Provided application scenarios and innovation support to over 1,000 Beijing-based enterprises, accelerating the growth of high-potential startups and facilitating cross-regional industrial synergy. 

3.Operational Model Innovation
Established a “Beijing-R&D + Tianjin-Industrialization” collaboration framework, enhancing resource efficiency and driving technological commercialization in the Bohai Rim region.
