Bin Wang graduated with a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University. He was the former dean of Tianjin College of USTB. He has over twenty years of management experience in both university and enterprise, with a deep understanding of scientific and technological resources in university.
He has conducted in-depth research on achievement transformation and university-enterprise cooperation, exploring a “four-in-one” scientific and technological achievement transformation model oriented by industrial demand. This model integrates industry-oriented scientific research and innovation, industry-oriented transformation of scientific and technological achievements, industry-oriented talent recruitment and cultivation, and industry-oriented financial support. As a practical application of this framework, the university-enterprise joint innovation centers established within USTB’s Science Park have significantly enhanced deep integration and collaborative innovation between universities and enterprises.
