My career spans the public and private sectors, with a consistent focus on sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurial transformation. stakeholder alignment in startups, corporates, and public institutions.
Currently CEO of TIGZ, a leading German innovation and startup centre, I have repositioned the organization as a regional catalyst for sustainable growth, digital acceleration, and investment readiness. In parallel, I was appointed to the board of the German-British Society Rhein-Main (effective Autumn 2025), supporting cross-cultural
and economic dialogue between two key European business environments. My governance expertise includes strategic finance, public-private partnerships, ecosystem development, and commercial real estate transformation aligned with ESG goals.
My leadership is underpinned by a PhD, an M.A. and advanced executive education from Oxford Saïd Business School, London Business School, LSE and IMD. I offer boards strategic insight, cross-sector collaboration, and experience navigating complexity—particularly in innovation-driven, internationally connected contexts.
