Anprotec
Founded in 1987, Anprotec is a non-profit association that brings together 420 members, including business incubators, technology parks, accelerators, coworking spaces, educational and research institutions, public agencies, and other entities connected to entrepreneurship and innovation.
Through its trajectory, closely linked to the development of Brazilian business incubators and technology parks, Anprotec is a leader in the movement in the country, promoting training activities, public policy coordination, and the generation and dissemination of knowledge.
The establishment of these environments in different regions has spread a culture of innovative entrepreneurship across the country, triggering the consolidation of one of the largest systems of technology parks and business incubators in the world.
Currently, Brazil has 291 business incubators, 61 operational technology parks, 24 technology parks in the implementation stage, 7 technology parks in the planning stage, and 65 accelerators, collectively supporting approximately 10,000 innovative companies.
The successful operation of these innovation support mechanisms reflects the evolution of Anprotec itself and significantly contributes to building a strong and competitive knowledge-based industry.
Confident in the work of the institutions it represents, Anprotec, together with the various partners involved in each of its initiatives, continues to ensure that innovative entrepreneurship decisively contributes to Brazil’s sustainable development.
