Zhongguancun Yanqing Park
Established in 2012 as part of the Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone, Zhongguancun Yanqing Garden is a distinctive hub for science, technology, and green development in northwestern Beijing.
Located in Yanqing—known as Beijing’s “Summer Capital”—the Garden benefits from unique resources such as the Badaling Great Wall, the International Horticultural Exhibition, and the Winter Olympics. With expressways and suburban rail connecting it to downtown Beijing, it is fully integrated into the capital’s half-hour economic circle.
Yanqing Garden focuses on four key industries: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), sports technology, new energy & environmental protection, and park technology. It is home to Beijing’s first Low-Altitude Technology Industrial Park and the city’s only UAV Test Zone approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. With 374 sq. km of airspace, it provides unmatched opportunities for UAV innovation and testing.
As a pioneer of green development, the Garden actively advances Beijing’s “dual carbon” strategy, building the city’s first green power demonstration park and releasing an ESG report to promote sustainable, low-carbon, high-quality growth.
Zhongguancun Yanqing Garden is not just a sci-tech park—it is a pilot zone for innovation, industry transformation, and green development in Beijing.
