Ayşe Nur TUNÇEL is an international programs professional specializing in international business development and entrepreneurship programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from Bilkent University, where she graduated with honors. Ayşe Nur also completed a minor in Globalization and Development at Maastricht University in the Netherlands as an Erasmus student. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Atilim University.

As a Senior International Programs Expert at Bilkent CYBERPARK, she leads the planning, execution, and reporting of international projects supported by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade. She provides consultancy in business development processes for technopark and ICT companies, facilitates B2B matchmaking between national and international stakeholders, and scouts emerging technology trends and innovative companies to support the evolving needs of the ICT sector.
