Paulius Nezabitauskas is the Director of Kaunas Science and Technology Park and an innovation ecosystem leader with over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, startup acceleration, and innovation management. He has extensive expertise in DeepTech, MedTech, and HealthTech and Dual-Use acceleration programs, having led multiple EU-funded projects, including EIT Health initiatives and cross-European collaborations through IASP and SERN networks.
Paulius has coordinated international innovation programs in Lithuania, Serbia, Kosovo, Tunisia and across Europe, focusing on building startup ecosystems, fostering university–industry partnerships, and developing public–private accelerators. He played a key role in organizing the Defence Innovation Hackathon “The Flaming Shield” and has contributed to the growth of clusters such as Digital Rocket LT in the GreenTech sector.
A strong advocate for sustainable innovation and business education, Paulius lectures at Vilnius University and holds degrees in International Business and Business Administration, alongside an Executive MBA and PHD in progress. His work bridges academia, industry, and government to empower startups and drive technological progress in Europe.
