Yaruq Nadeem is a multi-award-winning innovation professional currently spearheading Innovation & Partnerships at the National Science & Technology Park (NSTP) and serving as the Sustainability Subnetwork Coordinator for IASP.

He has played a pivotal role in NSTP’s launch and rapid growth by designing flagship innovation programs, strengthening academia-industry linkages, developing performance-driven policy frameworks, and forging strategic national and international partnerships. A passionate advocate for youth empowerment, he has inspired thousands through entrepreneurship trainings, innovation workshops, and contributions to the development of university-level curricula in entrepreneurial education.

Yaruq led the Rising Stars Startup Competition (RSSC), a nationwide initiative that empowered over 800 individuals from underrepresented communities. The program earned global recognition by securing 2nd position in the IASP Inspiring Solutions Programme 2024, highlighting NSTP’s commitment to inclusive innovation.

Through joint efforts at NSTP, he has contributed to facilitating PKR 20+ billion in revenue generation, PKR 15+ billion in funding, the creation of 6,500+ jobs, and the conceptualization of over 300 startups in just over five years.

A catalyst for entrepreneurial ecosystems, Yaruq continues to drive global collaborations, nurture globally competitive startups, and position NSTP as a leading hub for sustainable innovation, economic growth, and knowledge exchange.
