Ezequiel Mesquita is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience driving growth and innovation in the metallurgical industry and the SME sector. His mission is to support startups and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in diagnosing and adapting their businesses to the challenges of Industry 4.0.

Currently, he is serving as the Executive Director at the Buenos Aires Innovation Park and as General Director of Entrepreneurs for the Buenos Aires City Government. His career includes leadership roles such as General Manager at Mesquita Hermanos and Co-founder of TAH, a foodtech startup. As a board member of Mesquita Hermanos, he
has been responsible for shaping the company’s organizational strategy, fostering impact among clients, strategic partners, and collaborators, and aligning the company’s expansion with international markets in Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Brazil.

His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Government and
International Relations from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), a Diploma in Cryptoeconomics: Blockchain, Bitcoin, and Smart Contracts from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA), and an MBA from IAE Business School, completed in 2022.
