With over 20 years of experience in architectural design and design management, Mr. Liu Yu has participated in the completion of numerous national key projects and large-scale development initiatives. The projects he has been involved in designing and managing have received China’s 2-Star and 3-Star Green Building certifications, with several projects further attaining international certifications including LEED, DGNB and WELL. His professional experience includes active participation in research on ultra-low energy buildings, zero-carbon buildings and passive house technologies. He has contributed to the formulation of multiple group standards and industry specifications, and has led the development of corporate standards including the General Standard for Low-Carbon Ecological Planning of Science Parks and the Guidelines for Green and Low-carbon Construction and Operation of Science Parks. Additionally, he has established a comprehensive low-carbon ecological database for science park development.
