Currently serving as General Manager of Xiongan Zhongguancun Science Park Operation Service Co., Ltd., Ms. Liu Jingjing has built a distinguished career in innovation management and regional development. From 2016 to 2021, she led the Innovation Cooperation Department at Baoding Zhongguancun Information Valley Company, later advancing to Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of Wenzhou Zhongguancun Information Valley Company until early 2024.

Over the years, Liu Jinging has received numerous honors, including election to the 14th Wenzhou Municipal People’s Congress and recognition as a “Most Beautiful Internet Professional” in Wenzhou. Notable awards include Outstanding Manager, Model Worker, and the General Manager Special Matters Award from Beijing Zhongguancun Information Valley Company. In 2024, she was honored by the Xiongan New Area as a “Most Beautiful Master” and an Advanced Individual for contributions to the region’s high-quality development.
