Zhang Guobin currently serves as Vice President of ZGC Group. He oversees international business, park expansion, and industrial investment promotion.

He plays a key role in the Group’s major international cooperation projects and exchange activities, manages the overall planning and operation of the Group’s innovation spaces, and is dedicated to advancing the global presence of the Zhongguancun brand. He leads the organization and preparation of significant international sci-tech innovation events such as the Zhongguancun Forum. He possesses extensive experience in technology park management and innovation services.
