Mariana Gomes is the Innovation Ecosystems Manager at the São José dos Campos Technology Innovation Park (PIT), where she leads the design, implementation, and management of innovation environments and hubs that connect companies, startups, universities, and government. Under her leadership in 2025, Nexus, PIT’s innovation hub, supported 192 startups through its incubation and acceleration programs, representing 525 products and services under development and generating BRL 3.1 billion in revenue.
With over 15 years of experience, she has held strategic positions at organizations such as ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and ADESAMPA (São Paulo Development Agency), leading initiatives in innovation, competitiveness, internationalization, economic clusters, and national and international strategic partnerships.
Mariana holds a Master’s degree in Technological Innovation from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from PUC-SP.
She is also an MBA lecturer, startup mentor, and speaker at national and international conferences, contributing to the development of innovation leaders and the strengthening of innovation ecosystems across Brazil.
