Elisa Garcia Diaz has 20+ years of experience in the aerospace industry in the areas of defence (fighter aircraft, UAVs, military transport), commercial aviation, cybersecurity/intelligence and digital transformation. She also has over 20 years in leadership roles in business development, sales, programs, procurement, technology/innovation and business transformation. Leading teams world-wide.
Today, as Vice President R&T Spain, Elisa plays a key role in Airbus Spain Trans-Divisional Research and Technology (R&T) Strategy and its means for implementation.
