This session looks at how innovation spaces are taking on new roles and responding to emerging global trends.

The perspective from China will address the future of industrial incubation as well as the collaborative evolution of cultural creation and urban renewal within cultural and technological parks. From the United States, insights will be shared on the changing roles of incubators, accelerators, research parks, and innovation hot spots in New York State, and you’ll hear research from Italy with evidence on the impact of international partnerships based on multiple case studies across innovation ecosystems.
Together, these perspectives highlight how diverse models of innovation spaces are reshaping their functions and partnerships in response to shifting economic, technological, and societal needs.
