Hu Dehui, of Han ethnicity, was born in August 1971 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. He holds a bachelor’s degree.He joined in Beijing ZGC Information Valley Co., Ltd. in January 2015 and currently serves as Deputy Secretary of its Party General Branch and General Manager. 

With over 20 years of experience in industrial organization and technology services, he is dedicated to fostering regional innovation and simplifying the innovation process. He has consistently strengthened the foundation of China’s innovation network, collaborating with partner cities to develop locally tailored “Zhongguancun-like” innovation ecosystems. He actively integrates and leverages the superior technology service resources of Zhongguancun to empower technology enterprises and stimulate innovation growth.  

In 2017, he was elected as a representative of the 15th People’s Congress of Baoding and served as a member of its presidium. He was awarded the honorary citizen of Baoding in 2020 and recognized as one of the “Beijing Role Model – Pioneer in Aid and Cooperation” Top Ten Annual Figures in 2022.
