TOUR 6: MONACO

The visit will focus on concrete, real-world applications of innovation and infrastructure systems in an operational environment. We will first explore the use of artificial intelligence applied to railway operations at Monaco station, highlighting how data-driven systems and AI are improving efficiency, passenger flow management, and operational decision-making.

We will then continue with a visit to SMEG, one of the key energy players in Monaco. SMEG manages critical infrastructure across multiple sites, including thermal energy exchange systems and electrical distribution networks. During the visit, we will gain insights into how these complex systems are operated and optimized, as well as how energy is managed across different infrastructures to ensure reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

This tour will provide a unique opportunity to understand how advanced technologies are integrated into essential urban services, from mobility to energy management.
