As Development Director of Sophia Antipolis-Europe’s foremost technology park- François oversees strategic initiatives that shape the region’s innovation, growth, and international attractiveness. He leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for business development, investment facilitation, innovation infrastructures, and the orchestration of a vibrant ecosystem connecting 2,650 companies, researchers, startups, and academic institutions.
His responsibilities include guiding company establishment and expansion, managing the Park’s entrepreneurship platforms (spanning 11,500 m²), leading strategic sector development, and supervising the annual delivery of over 120 high-impact events. He also directs the Sophia Antipolis Cyber Campus and represents the technopole within global innovation networks such as IASP.
With international experience in Germany and the United States, he combines strategic vision with a global mindset, fostering collaborations with stakeholders from all continents.
