Chang, Yuheng

Mr. Yuheng (Francis) Chang currently serves as senior vice president of TusCity Group, China. He is in charge of international cooperation and industrial development in the company. He has successfully launched science park or incubator project in countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Egypt. Over the years, he has been devoted to promoting communication and collaboration between Chinese science and technology parks and those in other countries, including Kazakhstan, Italy, Australia, Japan, Pakistan,etc. In addition to his work in international cooperation, he is also responsible for industrial development for companies invested by the company. He mainly manages industries in the areas of smart transportation, clean energy, healthcare,etc.
