Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos – UNISINOS. Currently, he serves as a professor in the Professional Master’s Program in Business and Corporate Law and MBAs in Management within the fields of innovation and strategy. He is also the Director of the São Leopoldo Technological Park – TECNOSINOS and the Manager of Technology and Innovation at UNISINOS. He has experience in managing professional education and technology institutions; implementing and evaluating management systems and models; implementing strategic planning processes and innovation management in companies, technical and higher education institutions, scientific and technological institutions, and representative entities such as employer unions and associations; and managing R&D partnerships. He is a certified CIO (Chief Innovation Officer) by the Global Management Innovation Institute (GIMI). His research focuses on inter-organizational strategies and innovation management (technological and social), with an emphasis on the adoption of open innovation strategies by companies and public policies for innovation and entrepreneurship, a topic he leads at ANPAD – National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration.
