Registration for our World Conference will be open soon. Below, you can review deadlines and the different rates that are available.

In addition to the conference programme, there is a training seminar taking place on 27th October. This event has an additional fee, and you can book your place when registering for the main conference.
You can sign up for the technical tour when you register. There is no additional charge for the technical tour, but booking is essential. Places are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the tour requires a minimum number of participants in order to go ahead. Details will be confirmed well in advance.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and AMEX cards are accepted, and are the best and most secure way to make your payment. Please note that your credit card will be charged at the moment of transaction.
When processing your bank transfer, make sure you include reference to IASP 2026 and the name and surname of the participant. Without this information it will not be possible to identify your payment.
Payments by bank transfer can be made until 16 September 2026.
Please note: If you are taking advantage of our super early bird or early bird rates, you have 21 days from each deadline to ensure that the bank transfer is completed. If not, the discount will no longer be valid, and you’ll be moved to the next available fee rate.
All bank charges shall be paid by the participant. Registrations will be processed only if accompanied by full payment. All payments should be made in EUR.
Your registration will be confirmed after receipt of the correct fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected onsite and charged at the onsite rate. A copy of the bank transfer confirmation (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees are not credited to the Conference account on time.
The regular registration fee includes event liability insurance, which covers general liability during the conference. However, delegates are responsible for arranging their own health and travel insurance to cover any medical expenses or travel-related issues. The organisers do not provide health or travel insurance for delegates.
