Dear colleagues, and friends,

I am excited to welcome you to the 43rd IASP World Conference on Science Parks and Areas of Innovation, which will take place from 27-30 September 2026 in the vibrant are of French Riviera, France. This year’s theme, “Tech for Humanity. Shaping values for a human-centric future,” highlights the crucial role of technology in driving innovation while placing human values at the center of development. It emphasizes how smart, sustainable, and responsible technological advancements can enhance quality of life, foster inclusive growth, and address global challenges, ensuring that progress serves people and communities rather than just efficiency or profit.

With presentations and contributions from IASP members and distinguished global experts, the conference will explore how innovation spaces serve as catalysts for technological advancement, fostering sustainable and inclusive development. Participants will examine the ways these hubs drive global progress, nurture entrepreneurship, and enhance the overall quality of life, demonstrating the transformative impact of technology when guided by human-centric values.

A special thank you goes to our local host, Sophia Antipolis, a key player in Europe’s rise as a global leader in science. Their commitment with a human-centric approach aligns perfectly with this year’s conference theme.

I am confident that this event will provide an exceptional platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and networking, allowing participants to build meaningful, long-term connections with peers from around the world.

We look forward to your active engagement in shaping a human-centered future of high-quality development through innovation spaces and responsible technological advancement.
